We advise our customers thoroughly on the use / usage of CHPs. You just need to make the energy data of your project available to us, and we can give you a first assessment of the energetic as well as the economical results of a CHP unit in your building.

The enerquinn GmbH offers you full-maintenance contracts, i.e. absolute planning stability and transparency for you. So you will know exactly what repair and maintenance costs to expect.

Furthermore, we also assist the planning staff and the craftsmen in planning, designing and completing the hydraulic and electric connections of CHPs.

Maintenance of the CHP

How efficient a CHP plant is depends essentially on service and maintenance. enerquinn GmbH provides a full service package for each plant – with individual maintenance contracts and detailed customer information. Thus, we will be on hand with help and advice for you at any time even after start-up of your CHP.

Maintenance means taking care of a plant to ensure that you take great pleasure in it. The first step is to determine the maintenance intervals thoroughly. We exchange wearing parts, such as spark plugs, air filters and oil filters, as well as supplies such as engine oil. In addition, a visual
inspection is performed on the module. To ensure that everything runs smoothly at any time.

At enerquinn GmbH, this service is provided by helpful staff members, who are not only qualified but also efficient and reliable. Men and women performing all necessary work immediately and professionally. And a generous stock ensures a fast and inexpensive supply of maintenance and spare parts.

To meet the risk of possibly facing high repair costs, enerquinn offers their customers long-term full maintenance contracts. These include:

  • regular plant check via modem
  • regular exchange of wearing parts
  • trouble-shooting
  • all repairs incurred incl. spare parts
With such a full maintenance contract, maintenance and repair costs are clear right from the purchase of the unit.

A GSM modem allows remote control of all CHP parameters. Should a problem occur on a CHP unit, the modem will transmit a notice of malfunction to Customer Services who can react immediately and obtain a first impression of the problem via internet. A remote analysis of the notice of malfunction can then be performed and, if possible, the failure rectified straightforwardly. Should this be impossible from a distance, we will commission a service engineer. A quick delivery of spare parts will also be ensured. So you can be sure of having all repair works completed within few days.
